I live near Exeter, in Devon (South-West UK), with my husband and two school-aged children, as well as 12 tropical fish. Alongside my passion for translation and language, I love music and have been teaching individuals to play the piano for several years. In my spare time I like to volunteer: either undertaking charity translations, or working with the homeless. I read extensively but especially enjoy Thomas Hardy, and I have a sizeable Asterix collection (in various languages). In my spare time I am either playing board games with my family, playing the piano, or knitting a jumper for someone.
